Khoodeelaar! The movement against degeneration, the movement in defence of inner city East London, the campaign against the Crossrail hole scam, the Crossrail hole agenda of Big Business... Khoodeelaar! is the constitutional law action that is [27 March 2008] focussed on the bureaucracy that is currently in place in [‘the House of Lords’] the legislative upper chamber of the UK 'Parliament' where Big Business has secured control of the agenda of the ‘House of Lords’ 'Crossrail Bill' ‘select committee’ [!!!!!!!] that has been set up as a formal token of democracy, before Gordon Brown labels the scam as having been ‘approved’ and declares the scam as UK 'law. Khoodeelaar! has told Brown that the ‘Crassrail Bill’ is crass and is a fraud because it is not the answer to the serious transport problems that exist in London and that the ‘London Crossrail scheme’ is a Big Business ploy which is being pushed through by defying the fundamental principles of constitutionality. For those reasons, Khoodeelaar! will challenge on a constitutional forum and on any number of legal platforms and judicial venues the ‘unconstitutional legislative process and going through the motions’ that are being staged by Ruth Kelly’s DfT at the promptings of Big Business…
